J.V. Lady Raiders Defeat Cooper J.V.

The J.V. Lady Raiders used career low rounds from 5 out of 6 players today in defeating the J.V. team from county rival Cooper High School at World of Golf.  The final team scores were Ryle - 184 to Cooper - 200.

Freshman Sydney Dunigan earned match medalist honors by shooting a career low 43 on the front nine of World of Golf.  It is the first medalist honor of her career.

Freshman Cora Bradford shot 46, 8th grader Madison Kleckner shot 47, 7th grader Olivia Hinton shot 48, and 8th grader Chloe Ruark shot 51.  Each of the scores by these young ladies represents a career low round.  7th grader Lindsey Jackson rounded out the scoring shooting 56.

This win improves the J.V. Lady Raiders to a record of 2 wins and no losses on the season.  There next match will be Friday August 17th against a talented Villa Madonna J.V. squad at Devou Park after school.
